Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using NewsPulse (the “Service”), operated by Go Marketi LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NewsPulse is an AI-powered Arabic newsroom operating system that provides editorial workflow management, real-time news intelligence, AI-assisted content drafting, social publishing tools, and reader delivery capabilities. The Service is designed for professional newsroom use.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at moatasem@marketshareagency.com.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • NewsPulse offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Scale, and Enterprise). Plan details and pricing are available on the NewsPulse website.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. All fees are in US Dollars (USD).
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice. Price changes apply at the next billing cycle.

5. User Responsibilities

When using NewsPulse, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws, including media regulations in your jurisdiction (e.g., SCMR regulations in Egypt).
  • Not use the Service to create, publish, or distribute content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or violates third-party rights.
  • Not attempt to circumvent editorial governance features (approval chains, source verification, sensitivity flags).
  • Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Not share account credentials or allow unauthorized users to access the Service.
  • Maintain the integrity of source protection features and not attempt to access other users' encrypted source data.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

NewsPulse includes AI-powered features (the “Scribe” module) that assist in content drafting. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content is a draft, not a publication. All AI outputs require human editorial review and approval before publication.
  • You bear full editorial responsibility for any content published through the platform, whether AI-assisted or not.
  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, biases, or errors. It is your responsibility to fact-check and verify all content before publication.
  • NewsPulse enforces mandatory AI disclosure labels on AI-assisted articles. Removing or circumventing these labels violates these Terms.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

  • NewsPulse, its branding, design, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Go Marketi LLC.
  • Content you create and publish through NewsPulse remains your intellectual property.
  • You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of NewsPulse is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. Multi-tenant data isolation is enforced at the database level via row-level security (RLS). Each organization's data is accessible only to authorized members of that organization.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • Go Marketi LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
  • We are not responsible for editorial decisions made using the platform, regulatory penalties resulting from published content, or the accuracy of third-party data sources integrated into the Service.

11. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
  • Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After that period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users or by prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
